a charity which brings together older and younger people together in our communities. Dr jessicarr hosts chair based monthly free boxing sessions in LONG-SIGHT.
Sacha Lord
Sacha is the founder of parklife + The warehouse project + Night Adviser for greater manchester. We are working together on ‘feel good fitness sessions’ for those working in night time economy. this is in a bid to promote positive mental well-being.
