It can be confusing and often frustrating to read conflicting information about Health and Wellness. What should I eat and when? What’s the best type of exercise? Should I be meditating?


Our founder, Dr Jessicarr Moorhouse, is an NHS Doctor, Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer. She aims to simplify the message of Health and Wellness and provide credible information that makes sense and is realistic.

She has links with experts in the fields of Nutrition, Fitness and Healthcare. Together, we cannot wait to offer you a positive learning experience that will promote Health and Wellness.
