helping you to feel confident about exercise

we offer a bespoke four week programme for those who are new to exercise or do not feel confident in larger group settings.

each session is led by founder of TRIBE.MCR, DR Jessicarr moorhouse. Jessicarr is an NHS doctor, with a background in physiotherapy and a personal trainer.

Jessicarr will guide you through safe and correct movement patterns, help you to feel more confident and most importantly, have fun!

each programme consists of:

four 60 minute sessions

maximum of 3 people per group

£20/session or £70 for the programme.
