These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in them) tell you the terms of use upon which you may make use of TRIBE.MCR’s website ‘www.tribemcr.com’ (TRIBE.MCR Website), as a guest and/or as a service user. Use of the TRIBE.MCR Website includes accessing, browsing, or submitting your contact details to the TRIBE.MCR Website.

Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits TRIBE.MCR’s liability for death or personal injury arising from TRIBE.MCR’s negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the extent permitted by law, TRIBE.MCR excludes all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the TRIBE.MCR Website or any content on it, whether express or implied.

TRIBE.MCR will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

  • use of, or inability to use, the TRIBE.MCR Website; or

  • use of or reliance on any content displayed on the TRIBE.MCR Website.

 If you are a business user, please note that in particular, Jessicarr Moorhouse/TRIBE.MCR will not be liable for:

TRIBE.MCR will try and resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy please contact TRIBE.MCR as soon as possible.

If TRIBE.MCR cannot resolve a dispute with you, it will:

  • let you know that it cannot resolve your dispute; and

  • give you certain information, required by law, about TRIBE.MCR’s alternative dispute resolution provider, which is run by the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform. For more details please visit the website on the ‘Your Europe’ portal: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.


Please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. You and TRIBE.MCR both agree to that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing shall prevent either party seeking injunctive relief or enforcing a judgement of the English courts in a court of competent jurisdiction. Additionally, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.


TRIBE.MCR® is a UK registered trade mark belonging to Jessicarr Moorhouse. You must not use it, or any mark confusingly similar to it, without the express written permission of Jessicarr Moorhouse.
